Systems Administrator (Egypt):
Bamyan Media is seeking an exceptional Apple geek to manage the development and maintenance of its online platform, applications, and network administration. This position is part-time, with one day a week in the office and regular online support.
They will focus on managing the following areas of our organization:
- Ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
- Integrating and monitoring functionality of various Google Apps and train/respond to staff’s ability to meet deliverables through the online platform.
- Supporting and maintaining both hardware and software to optimum levels of performance.
Head of Sales & Business Development (Egypt):
Bamyan Media is seeking an exceptional individual to manage the integrated ad sales and sponsorship of the TV programing we are currently developing for mainstream Egyptian TV.
Executive Producer (Egypt):
Bamyan Media is seeking an experienced and exceptionally talented executive TV producer who can manage the development, sale, and co-production of their international reality TV series about entrepreneurs in Egypt. The ideal candidate has extensive television series production experience (preferably non-scripted), including effectively adapting formats, pitching and selling television series to international buyers.
Financial Manager/Controller (Egypt):
The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing all of Bamyan Media’s financial transactions, procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations and donors. He/She will work for the Program Manager to maintain and keep all administrative tasks in check. We are seeking an exceptional individual who is experienced, highly motivated, smart, detail-oriented, and willing and excited to work in a dynamic environment.
Private Sector & Sustainable Development Expert (Egypt):
Bamyan Media is seeking an exceptional individual to develop and manage Bamyan’s Private Sector Development research and design component. The ideal candidate has experience with international Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) development and is passionately committed to business solutions to poverty alleviation, business models for the Base of the Pyramid (BOP), and social entrepreneurship. They will focus on managing the following areas of our organization:
- Research & Content Design

Office Assistant/Event Coordinator (Egypt):
The Office Assistant/Events Coordinator (OA) oversees and manages all office procedures and other tasks as assigned. He/She works for the Middle East Program Manager to keep all administrative tasks in check. We are seeking an exceptional individual who is highly motivated, smart, detail-oriented, and willing and excited to work in a dynamic environment.
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant (Egypt):
Bamyan Media is seeking a research assistant/evaluation coordinator to support the research, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of its programing. The ideal candidate has a background in research and development and is passionately committed to poverty alleviation, social innovation and job creation. A good understanding of economics, business, entrepreneurship, the informal sector, and social entrepreneurship is a must.
Bamyan (International):
Bamyan is currently looking for an Executive Producer and a Director of Partnerships and Programs. Positions will be initially based out of Cairo, Egypt with some necessary travel to Colombia and the US.

Bamyan Media is seeking an experienced executive TV producer who can manage the development, sale, and co-production of their international non-scripted reality TV series about social entrepreneurs for developing countries.
The ideal candidate has extensive television series production experience (preferably non-scripted), including effectively pitching and selling reality television series to international buyers. Also required is experience with securing financing, managing cross-cultural productions, ensuring successful production and post operations, and maintaining innovations to formats.
